The Company makes returns and exchanges of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection.
Terms of return and exchange
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.
Return delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
Return conditions for goods of good quality
According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, the buyer can:
1. Exchange goods of good quality.
2. Return the goods of good quality.
3. Return or exchange goods of inadequate quality.
What goods are subject to exchange:
1. Goods that have a receipt;
2. Goods in their original packaging with tags and labels intact, which have not been used;
3. Goods that have not been purchased within 14 days.
The procedure for returning and exchanging goods of good quality:
1. Inform us of your intention to return the paid goods;
2. Provide the declaration number of the parcel sent and the bank card number for the refund;
3. After receiving the goods within three business days, we will refund your money or another product.
The procedure for returning goods of inadequate quality:
1. Inform us of your intention to return the paid goods;

4. All carrier services or commissions, transfer of funds are at our expense.
The exchange and return of goods is carried out through Nova Poshta - Dnipro, Nova Poshta №.
Refunds are made upon receipt of the goods. Refunds are made to a card or by money transfer to a Nova Poshta branch. Refunds are made within 3 days from the date of receipt of the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch by the seller.
In accordance with the Law “On Consumer Protection”, the company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that cannot be returned and exchanged.
