2. Cash on Delivery
Payment upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch or directly to a Nova Poshta courier. Cash on delivery is available only after a prepayment has been made.

Delivery
Nova Poshta Delivery
We deliver orders throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta. The following delivery options are available:
- delivery to a Nova Poshta branch;
- delivery to a Nova Poshta parcel locker;
- courier delivery to the specified address.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 days from the date of dispatch. Delivery costs start from UAH 80 and are calculated according to Nova Poshta's current rates.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are dispatched the following day.
Orders placed on business days after 6:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Nova Poshta tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment.
Tracking numbers for orders delivered to Nova Poshta branches are sent by 8:00 PM on the day of dispatch.
